Cut zucchini into desired shape. Spray with olive oil spray. Toss with your choice of:
- Dried rosemary and thyme
- Dried basil and parsley
- Ground cumin and smoked paprika
For chips and fries, bake on baking sheet for 2 hours at 225 degrees F until browned and crisp
For noodles, bake in oven at 200 degrees F for 20 – 30 minutes or boil for 15-20 minutes or sauté for 6-7 minutes.
