Low Carb Chicken Pizza! Yum!

 

Looking for a low carb alternative to a guilty pleasure? We think you will love this crustless pizza!

Ingredients: 
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
Season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning and a dash of salt.
1/4 Cup Pizza Sauce
1/2 Ounce Pepperoni
1/2 Large Fresh Mushroom, Sliced Thin
2 Tablespoons Green Pepper, Diced
1 Tablespoon Red Onion, Diced
1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese
* Feel free to substitute toppings for your perfect chicken pizza.

Directions: Pound the chicken until it’s thin. Be aware if you pound it too thin, the chicken can easily tear.

Season the chicken breast then top with pizza sauce. Add the remaining ingredients.

Place chicken breast on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked all the way through.
