Michelle Farber enjoys providing reproductive health and birth care for people from menarche to menopause and beyond, with a passion for working with all families as they move through the childbearing years. Ms. Farber has special training in miscarriage care, pregnancy after loss, and providing care for LGBTQ families. As a queer provider herself, she recognizes needing a space that is not only affirming but celebratory to grow our families and receive reproductive health care. Rachel A. Mlanao, MD, Internal Medicine

As an internal medicine physician, Dr. Mlanaol helps patients successfully manage multiple chronic conditions and navigate complex care decisions. Dr. Mlanaol has a passion for working closely with patients, caregivers and their families to build a care plan that helps patients live their best lives. Dennis L. Su, MD, Vascular Surgery

Dennis Su, MD, is an experienced vascular surgeon who joined Valley’s Medical Group after being in private practice for over 10 years. His philosophy of care is to work in a team approach with a patient’s primary care provider and other specialists to improve the patient’s quality of life and tissue preservation goals. He takes extreme pride in the delivery of his patient care with kindness and compassion. Dr. Su specializes in the various vascular diseases, including cerebrovascular, aorta/peripheral/visceral occlusive and aneurysmal, lymphedema and venous pathologies, such as varicose veins, venous ulceration and deep venous thrombosis.
