Ingredients
3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons nonfat plain Greek yogurt
2-1/2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
1-1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons honey
Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
1 12 oz. bag broccoli slaw, about 5 cups
1/3 cup green onions, chopped (green part only)
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, vinegar and honey. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
2. Just before serving, add broccoli slaw and scallions to a bowl. Toss with dressing.
Serves 8, 1/2 cup: 40 calories, 5 grams carbs, 2 grams fat, 0.7 grams protein
