After the pandemic ends, GoldenCare members will also receive invitations to special social and educational seminar events hosted by Chateau Valley Center, a senior living community across the street from Valley, with independent living, assisted living, memory care and short-term respite care services.

For those age 65 and better, do you have questions about Medicare and its benefits? Schedule an appointment with Valley’s Medicare Insurance Specialist, Paul Gunther. 4. Annual Medicare Wellness Checks with Your Primary Care Provider
In addition to your annual physical, an annual Medicare Wellness Check for those age 65+ is an opportunity to talk to your primary care provider to create a personal health plan. As an added bonus, your Medicare Wellness Check can be performed via virtual visit!

6.1 Health Screening Events
Once COVID is under control and we are able to host in-person events again, GoldenCare members will receive invitations to low-cost cholesterol and glucose testing events.
6.2 Senior Wellness Fair
We look also forward to reinstating our Senior Wellness Fair once the pandemic is over. At this event, GoldenCare members can learn about health and wellness resources for seniors offered at Valley and throughout South King County, as well as pick up a lot of great swag!
