- Fruit and 1 oz. almonds
- 1 string cheese and 1 serving crackers
- Hard boiled egg
- Chia pudding
- Bean salad
- Cup of soup (bean soup, pea soup, chicken noodle)
- Individual cottage cheese and fruit
- Beef or turkey snack stick and a small apple
- Individual Greek yogurt (5 – 6 oz.) with berries
- Mini cup of guacamole with veggie sticks and crackers
- 1 brown rice cake with 1-2 TBSP nut butter
- 1 serving seed crackers with 1 oz. cheese
- 1 serving crunchy roasted beans
- 1 serving granola bites and 1 string cheese
