David Lin, DO, chose primary care because of the diversity of challenges primary care physicians face, as well as their focus on preventive and longitudinal care. He loves building relationships with his patients and their families and believes this to be an integral part in caring for his patients. David Wang, MD – Oncology & Hematology Clinic
David Xinda Wang, MD’s, entire career is committed in taking care of cancer patients and saving patients’ lives, one at a time. He started his career as a radiation therapy technician when he was in his early 20s. He went back to medical school and after graduation, he became a resident of surgical oncology for three years. He received a travelling fellowship from Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in 1986 and came to this country to learn cancer research. He soon became a PhD student of biochemistry at University of Rochester. He completed his dissertation in the structure and function of cell receptor protein, a critical field in targeted cancer treatment and earned his degree. He passed his US medical license exam and completed his resident training in internal medicine at University of Florida, Jacksonville and fellowship training in medical oncology / hematology at University of Pittsburg.
Brent Wiederhold, MD – Fairwood Primary Care
Brent Wiederhold, MD, is a family physician passionate about providing competent, compassionate, collaborative care for all patients, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and elder patients. He strongly believes that facilitating open discussion and building relationships with patients over time supports a better patient experience and a healthier life. He is experienced in preventive health, chronic disease treatment, women’s health, reproductive autonomy, point of care ultrasound, and mental health care, and performs many procedures in the office, such as skin biopsies, contraceptive procedures like IUD and Nexplanon placement and removal, joint injections, and vasectomies.
