Valley Family Medicine Achieves WA State Gold Level 2017 Immunize Washington Award
Valley Family Medicine has been named a recipient of the 2017 Immunize Washington award by the Washington Health Plan Partnership. While providers reaching immunization rates of 70 percent or higher receive the award, Valley Family Medicine clinic has gone above and beyond. They’ve achieved Gold-level recognition this year for their 80 percent+ child immunization rates for children 24 to 35 months of age.
The Health Plan Partnership is comprised of the Washington State Department of Health, Washington State Health Care Authority, and all the major health plans in Washington.
