When asked why she enjoys volunteering to help people, Gail Reed’s answer was simple: “Helping them find resources and getting to know them better. I enjoy meeting new people, and talking about where I work, how we can help people, and what new things are going on at Valley.”
Gail joined Valley as a Patient Service Representative at the Kent Clinic in 2005. She currently works in the billing department as an insurance verifier.
Gail volunteers regularly for events and is a clutch player when it comes to filling in last minute slots. Often, she attends community events with her daughters and granddaughter, making volunteering a family affair!
In her spare time, Gail is an avid NASCAR fan and enjoys watching races. She recently passed her motorcycle-licensing test. She loves watching football, fishing with her “Main Man,” and hanging out with her family and grandchildren.
