Valley’s Financial Advocates have always been available by phone or in person to provide an estimate of charges and out-of-pocket costs for most hospital services, and now a new online form makes contacting the team even easier!
The form, available 24/7, asks for all of the pertinent information, including who your insurance provider is and what procedure you are requesting an estimate for.
