We may not be frozen here in the Pacific Northwest yet, but Valley Medical Center’s Children’s Therapy has developed this wonderfully festive holiday craft for kids. No snow on the ground? No problem! Join Frosty the Snowman in building these craft snowmen while we wait for the snow to fall outside!
Materials needed to make one snowman:
Construction paper in blue, white, orange
3 pom poms (or small circles cut out of paper)
2 googly eyes (or eyes cut out of paper)
Cotton balls
Glue stick
Scissors
Have your child tell a story about the snowman they just made:
My snowman’s name is _______.
My snowman likes to play _______.
My snowman’s favorite food is _______.
My snowman’s favorite part of winter is _______.
