“Nothing is impossible” when an entire community blankets cancer patients and their loved ones with HOPE! We walked, we cried, we celebrated, all joined by a common mission to #BeTheHopeXOXO Valley Girls & Guys! had over 500 walkers who raised more than $708,000 and Team Valley was honored to serve in many different ways, from event planning and medical response throughout the event to sponsorship, walkers and ice patrol.
Valley’s Cancer Center team was most honored by a surprise gift that will allow us to start an Acute Care Service to help cancer patients with urgent symptom management, preventing the need for visits to the Emergency Department. Many thanks to all of our event volunteers, walkers, donors and sponsors and a special shout out to the City of Maple Valley for making the impossible, possible!
