One year ago on March 1, 2020, Valley activated its COVID-19 response. It’s been quite a year. Relentless, but transformative. Challenging, but inspiringly inventive. Daunting, but with moments of hope. Exhausting, but astounding at the amount of courage and resilience. In recognition, we invite you to see how Valley commemorated this extraordinary pandemic year.
During a year like none other, we are also proud that Renton residents honored Valley’s efforts and dedication to our community by naming Valley Medical Center as their winner for the Best of Renton Healthcare Facility. Between Nov. 2 and Dec. 31, 2020, 5,147 people voted online in the Renton Reporter and Renton Chamber of Commerce-sponsored acknowledgement. And as the Renton Reporter said, “Along the way, the cream rose to the top as it always seems to do.” Thank you to our community for your support, trust and recognition.
