We are thrilled to announce the opening date of Phase 1A of Valley Medical Center’s new Cancer Center, welcoming our first patients on February 3, 2025. This innovative and healing space will provide integrated, compassionate care with advanced treatments and specialized services specifically designed to support oncology patients and their loved ones.
This initial phase includes our new Infusion Center with 40% greater capacity and Fast Track Rooms, Infusion Pharmacy, Acute Symptom Management Clinic, and Trapper & Samantha Wellbeing Support Center.
This incredible milestone would not be possible without the support and the passion of many across our hospital and community. Come hear from them and about them, tour the new space, meet our dedicated team, share refreshments with friends and help us commemorate the start of a new chapter in cancer care for South King County.

When I read the announcement about your new Cancer Center, I can’t think of anything more crushing than to see that it won’t be connected to Fred Hutch. They so desperately need a clinic in the South.
I was diagnosed with DCIS non-invasive breast cancer, went to Fred Hutch where the ultimate result showed I have Triple Negative Breast Cancer.
Why you don’t realize what a MISTAKE you are making.
Thank you for your feedback. Your comments will be sent to our leadership team.
